Finger Print cards were part of our alert folder in the 10th SFGA in Germany.. They were for the purpose of EEFIS. I would imagine the same was true for other Groups.

My first day of government civil service I swore the oath, signed a pile of papers, and was fingerprinted.

Cannot remember the first time or how many times I've been finger printed. (More then ten, less than 50)

I was, regretably, fingerprinted once before entering the US Army.
