Sorry I don't agree as there are too many idiots in the gene pool.
Cases like the Jahi McMath case is a reminder that idiots will go to extreme measures to keep family members "alive". In this case the poor kid was declared brain dead by many doctors and should have been removed from life support. In the case you're currently discussing the same issue is at stake, a baby is dying and there's nothing that can be done. And yeah, sometimes doctors do know what's best for the patient and not the family.
If we allowed every person/family out there to go to extreme measures to keep someone alive, there would be no money left to serve anyone else. My point, when a group of doctors tell you its time for hospice its time for hospice.
And lastly, remember all Euro "news" is nothing but socialist news and "spun" to reflect their view.
