If I were President Trump, I'd "donate" one billion in small arms to Israel and another billion in guided missiles to the Palestinians from B-2 bombers.......

Here's an interesting development...
As you recall, on his last day of office it was reported that Obama sent over the $221 Million to the Palestinian Authority, that had a Congressional hold on it.
The payment was originally approved by Congress, but a hold (which is not legal binding but is generally respected), was placed on it by because Congress (Congresswoman Kay Granger (R-Texas) in particular) believed the money was going to pay terrorists and for incitement (she's right).
Obama ignored the hold and sent the money over. Except that it never got there. The State Department froze the transfer to make sure it complies with President Trump's new priorities.
There are 2 ways to look at this:
1) The State Department is falling in line, understands what Obama did was inappropriate, and is awaiting further instructions from the new boss.
or
2) The State Department wants to stick the blame for the transfer onto Trump, and see what does with it.
Of course, Trump simply needs to return the ball to Congress and say when they're satisfied the PA is complying, they can remove their hold on the transfer.
We know the Palestinian Authority pays out around $140 million a year to the families of suicide bombers and salaries to imprisoned terrorists. It's around 10% of their annual budget.
