"Once a year, a Fort Bragg airborne exercise proves that Santa's elves wear maroon berets.

The U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command's annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop will kick off its 19th year in early December.

The event, known as the largest annual multinational airborne exercise, will start with the mass donation of toys and end with 4,000 parachute canopies descending onto Luzon Drop Zone over the course of a week...."

Several changes this year. Luzon instead of Sicily thanks to Matthew. So please account for the different set-up for those spectating, picking up family members etc.

Bringing expensive toys i.e. bicycle "may" increase your lottery chance

See you folks out there. Please bring heavy dose of patience as well
