New PT

Well my unit just adopted the new army pt routine. To me personally, it is a little retarded and it seems like I am going to have to do more pt on my own now because of this change. The warm up focuses on 5 reps each of simple excercises and from what I am seeing the pushup is almost non exisistent. I did some of this in basic and from what the drills were saying they had 30% more pt failures since they adapted it. I was just wondering if anyone else has started the new pt and any feelings on it ?
