Riggers on on the hot seat. Not attached correctly.

Used to watch them rig up our rubber ducks. Man, check, recheck and check again. Never had a boat frap in. Not unusual to have the stray sandbag, or maybe six, come pounding into the water though.

From the pics, it looks like these were up-armored. I would think that amount of weight would be stretching the limits even on a multi-chute rig??

Also,, on the 1st one it looks like 10-20 cases of C's falling off??

In the first two it looks like maybe dropped too close together, with the second load catching in the first prior to having an open chute?
(Observations of someone that never put anything out the door heavier than his own ass.)

When I was an Air O in the 82nd, every month you had to come up with enough heavy equipment loads to fill 5 C-141s (up to four platforms per bird)...no one ever wanted to drop their vehicle...a Sheridan knocked out one entire aircraft. They weigh a little over 15 tons empty, no problem.

All the deployments look good...the load master releases a small pilot chute, which then pulls out the drogue chute attached to the first load. The drogue chute pulls the platform out and then the chutes, then breaks free. You can see them (the drogue chutes) floating down all over the sky as the video rolls. The Support Platoon Leader used to have fits trying to find all of them after a heavy drop!

Anyway, when the first platform clears the ramp, it pulls the drogue chute out of the second platform... it takes a second or two to pull the next load out, then it breaks free...the interval between loads is determined by this process and looked good.

You can see the two platform deployment from inside here...my apologies for the stars of the show, but it was the best view of the sequence I could find ;(
