Searching for a part. Sig P225/P6 factory Short Trigger
I know it is a shot in the dark but I am look for subject part which, since the short trigger for the P225/P6 was discontinued, it has become as rare as a unicorn horn.
I have feelers out on the Sig forums and am watching the auctions. I thought I take a chance and see if anyone here may have one they are willing to part with.
I posted here, instead of the cache as I am not selling. If this is in error, please boot the thread.
Thank you,

Thanks for the notice but the 226/228/229 are wider and won't work. There was a very limited run by Sig for triggers that fit the early P220 and P225 and they are very hard to come be it seems.

Have you contacted any of your local gunsmiths/machine shops to see if they can get ahold of the blueprints to just make you one?? If your gunsmith is resourceful and has the right credentials, Sig may be willing to send/fax their print for it (if it's still around anywhere).
May be worth a shot.

Have you contacted Gray Guns? They've had various parts made in-house, as well as a very good source of SIG parts. Although they tend to have people send in their own part (customer provided) when I still owned SIG pistols.
Through some searching, I see they have/ had their own intermediate trigger.

I do know through the production history the trigger dimension changed, so their part may be what you can use.
I didn't check the links provided, but I did find a trigger y are ago on eBay, which was a custom tool d and also pricey trigger.

I have looked at Gray Guns and, unfortunately, their trigger does not fit:

Will not fit SIG Pro, P225 / P6....

I have looked off and on for a few months now before asking for help. I have active searched on several sites including Sig Forums, etc just in case someone finds one in drawer some day...
