Man loses leg after shooting lawn mower full of explosives

No common sense?

I have heard of this stuff and seen advertised. I would think following the directions, and not adding shrapnel is a good idea.

If it was the "third leg" he would've taken himself out of the gene pool, and would thus be GTG for the award.
