In a similar vein, Stanley Marsh, of Cadillac Ranch, Amarillo, TX, fame, learned that property adjacent to his estate was to be developed for a large residential neighborhood. He erected a large billboard that read, “Future Home of the World’s Largest Poisonous Snake Farm.” The residential use plans were dropped.

Sir, I live in Amarillo and I can attest to the fact that this sign does exist...and there is no neighborhood within miles.
