Just breaking on network Male suspect with shotgun surrounded at Arkansas State. Drove onto student union in pickup flying an American Flag. No link worth posting.

I went to Ark State in 1966.
I lost my deferment and enlisted to avoid being drafted.

Just after I left they began allowing Blacks in the school.
They organized and caused he cessation of flying the Confederate flag and "Dixie" as the official school song.

Later they did away with "Jumpin Joe" a cartoonish Indian who was the school symbol.

A SF MOH recipient, Sasser, graduated there in about 66.
