Sharpton's daughter trips and sues NYC for $5 million
Dominique Sharpton, 28, says she was "severly injured, bruised and wounded" when she stumbled over uneven pavement at the corner of Broome St. and Broadway downtown last year, according to a lawsuit.
"Uneven pavement"? Gee, I usually watch where I'm going.

She then proceeded to accuse the pavement of being racist.

Sharpton and his kin are what's on the bottom of the "bottom-feeding -scum".........

"Unseen," if your face is stuck in an electronic device.

There are companies in NYC that report sidewalk and street defects to the city. Lawyers pay them a subscription fee. Then when someone wants to sue the city for an injury and the defect was reported to the city they cannot claim they did not know there was a problem. Aside from being an ass and of questionable parentage I don't care how much she gets. The sooner the city raises taxes and chases out the last of the productive and tax paying people the better the country will be. It is sort of like cannibalism when Liberals eat their own.

Do you live in a cabbage patch?? People sue cities for that reason every day.
"Dominique Sharpton claims she fell in a crosswalk, which would make hers a “defective roadway” claim. The city received 774 such claims in the 2014 fiscal year alone." and that's only NYC.

Yep...just like people who sue because their coffee is too hot or they are texting while driving and run their vehicles into telephone poles which have been where they were when they were struck for years.
People can be idiots...many worse than others.

Bi***es always be trippin' - A common phrase amongst today's youth. Seems fitting in this case
She's just a chip off the ol' blockhead. It would be much worse if she had a cup of coffee in her hand at the time. The terrible thing is, she'll probably win. If I ever shut my finger in a car door again, I'm going to sue the manufacturer.

The epitome of our "suit happy" culture. I want someone else's money because I fell down.
That is wrong on every level. Doesn't matter who you are or if it is allowed or not.
