Certainly you are not saying that women must prove they can do the job.

I am certainly proud of the brethren for holding the line this long.

However, I feel they will only be able to hold it until they are utlimately told they can no longer do it and must make some changes.

I suspect that day is coming sooner rather than later, but I certainly give them an "A" for effort.
