Combat Awards Unit I.D.
Were CIBs and CMBs ever unit identified. At a firearms auction held here recently I picked up with a few WWII handguns a box of later patches and misc. awards. In with these was a Combat Medics Badge with what looks like 1/20 SF. Seems strange that this might just be a casting number or I.D.
