VA Experience in real time

Rec'd Hearing aids last week, which was great and there was no hassle involved in the four step process.

In Miami last week one aid became non functional when the wire disconnect from the devise.

Call the VA for 3 days no answer and No return call, decide to drive over to the "Brand New" local Clinic in Hamilton NJ. 5 minute drive.

Greet upon entrance, ask why I was there, related the above story. I told to have a seat the individual that he cannot make appointments. No worries, I have a seat, catch up on all my sports, Va news, and world affairs while I wait.

The person shows up 1:30 hr later. I present myself tell him that I need to make an appointment for the audiologist in Brick, he tells me he doesn't make appointments.

I turned to the guy who greeted me and ask did you not know that he can't make appointments? He said, "No". So I asked how long they been working together?

Would you believe they been working together for Ten Years!!! Amazing
