But Gates didn't just honor those newest Green Berets. He also helped present the Order of Saint Philip Neri Bronze Award to two Special Forces veterans.

Chief Warrant Officer 4 Robert E. Pennington and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Ronald P. Dempsey were each honored during the ceremony for their contributions to Army Special Forces...."
