"Toilet Bomb"
Just a bit of forgotten history and a sense of good ol' American GI humor to brighten everyone's day.
In October 1965, CDR Clarence J. Stoddard, Executive Officer of VA-25 "Fist of the Fleet", flying an A-1H Skyraider, NE/572 "Paper Tiger II" from Carrier Air Wing Two aboard USS Midway carried a special bomb to the North Vietnamese in commemoration of the 6-millionth pound of ordnance dropped. This bomb was unique because of the type... it was a toilet!

Today that would be akin to pissing on dead enemy and would end his career.

I doubt that - a little 'potty humor' vs desecrating a dead body - apples vs oranges, and I'm sorry you don't see the difference in those two actions.

Hmmm. The Toto toilets we have were made in Vietnam. A little reverse engineering maybe?

Well, that one went right down the dumper....
...and it gives a new meaning to field sanitation.

I am sorry for the offense. I understand the difference. My statement (perhaps poorly made), was my speculation that many of our fellow countrymen today would attmept to link the two actions as similar in nature.
