It's not that we don't lack in strategies but rather we now lack the cojones to employ some of them. I'm sure there are some other higher ups that have to have some kind of strategy that would disagree with this report.

BTW, the rest of the military not involved in this action are deploying to secure our southern border. Better late then never.
