Anybody else thinking of that scene on the mortar range from "Stripes"?

No Look at the photo again. It was not a Lum round. Attention to detail is what caused the problem to begin with

Maybe not so less lethal WP? If so, I wasnt aware that these were still being used. Assuming that it originated as speculated by various news stories from the nearby base and not someones stolen collection.
