You can't count a stat that isn't prosecuted. See??? What a higher noble purpose it is to redefine a statutory "hate crime" (excluding Caucasians because they're not "historically disadvantaged"), selective prosecution of anything that degrades the Dem consituency, and the witholding of documents from an elected Legislature investigating Govt wrongdoing. Hell, no wonder things are looking up."
