I made an UBRR calculator

Hello. I'm a civilian software developer who is working in a simple UBRR calculator. The only one I've found so far is a paid app for android, so I decided to do one for my personal use and make it available here for anyone willing to use it.

I'm doing this because here is where I learned about UBRR when I was looking for an "objective" way to measure "overall" fitness of a person, and this method seemed to have a lot of positive feedback.

I attached at this thread the result of this work so far. It's a simple html with some javascript. Any input will be welcome.

EDIT 2: running time was wrong, it was 45:00. Fixed it to 40:00.

Your 5 mile run time is wrong. The standard is 40 mins or less.
