Cal or Auburn? I'd say Cal, hands down. That is a truly great team that was unfortunate enough to have to play the best team in the country. They, and not not VA Tech, should be playing Auburn.

I did not vote because I believe "both" should be an option (something we discussed in another thread). Playoffs, playoffs, playoffs....

Agreed. Would a mod or admin please modify the poll? I am on the road and it is hard to do via Blackberry.

The sad part is that someone gets screwed every year. They need to ditch the damn BCS and have a playoff format.

Thanks, AM!

Hijack:

I am deeply, deeply disturbed by the inappropriate attire being worn by a group of young ladies at a certain airport bar in Phoenix right now.

Div II and III both have playoff systems and play 14-15 games a year. Some Div I AD's have said that a playoff system would take away from students being in class, yet the Div II and III schools don't have a problem. It is the almighty $$$ and until fans hit them in the pocketbook I don't see a viable playoff system replacing the BCS.

I voted both.
