Years ago I took an in-depth test that measured usage for all four quadrants of the brain. Most people use one quad predominantly. A few use two. At that time, I was using 3 very equally (both rights and a frontal left). Probably due to my job. Now that I've had children, I think I use the "mother" quad the most.
