Brilliant, just f'n brilliant! I am so glad that DoS could figure that one out.

I keep thinking that one of these days I am going to wake up and realize that I have just been living in a cartoon.

This just shows how naive the state department is. They have people with college degrees from Ivy League schools but they don't have the common sense that God gave a hat...
