"The road to this year’s national championship has delivered two distinctly different matchups headed for the Wells Fargo Center in Philly. On one side of the bracket, a longtime power is going head to head with a rising force while the other side features one of college hockey’s most storied rivalries adding another chapter to its growing volume."

What a finish for Minnesota !

Congrats to the four teams who played tough, clean hockey but especially to Union and Minnesota who made it to the final this Saturday.

I could hardly sleep after that! The Minnesota vs North Dakota rivalry is as intense as you can find in college sports, IMO. The skate for 6 continues.

Not trying to throw this thread off track but offer a resource to a receptive audience. Hockey fans might enjoy: http://www.hockeydb.com/ . Its a site where you can enter any player, college or pro, and see their stats, where they played during their career and who was on their teams. Enjoy
