Looks like a good shoot.

Apparently in New York, you are supposed to be able to prove that the bad guys actually shot at you?? pretty stupid and NOT the law. If what this guy says is true, he'll easily walk.

You watch the news clip and the footage seems to show the guy crouching then firing into the house, however the news story claims that there were 5 burglars. This sounds more like some kind of home invasion by a guy prepared for a shootout. This happened back in August so it has taken awhile for charges to have been filed, probably more to all this than a simple burglary gone bad.
