Smile For The New Year?

Wanted to see if anyone else decided to make something different for this New Year?

Mine was an Alfredo Sauce, to go with some noodles and Chicken breast. (Will post recipie.)

Am hoping some PS.com chefs are ready for the challenge?

Finally got a Dutch oven. So, I'm planning to try a bunch of different recipes. As soon as it gets back above freezing here.

Stuck with my black-eyed peas, rice, collard greens and cornbread (with home made chow-chow).

There are so many uses for Dutch Ovens, am interested to know what kind of recipies you are going to try??? Mainly protein based or a mixture of pre-cooked and un-cooked?

Yes...Basically a green tomato relish in sweet and HOT versions. Make some every year when I'm doing other preserving/canning.
