I dont know which ones you watched, but I was force-fed the 2012 Invisible War. IIRC, there was at least one male-on-male vignette there

I won't throw any stats out of the place the sun doesn't shine or any numbers, but they do happen more than people realize or are comfortable with. There's also the mashup of hazing and joes being idiot. For example, at a formation during parade rest, joe got the bright idea of putting his junk on the hand of the guy in front of him. It got reported as sexual assault/harassment that led to plenty headaches although it's not hard to connect the dots and see that stupid is as stupid does.

Then there's the male on male over domination/humiliating purpose, not necessarily sexual gratification.

Also, There's girl on guy (yes, it's possible). One case was a soldier who lack discretion, got liquored up at the lap dance lounge when the dancer unzip his pants and stuck it in. He felt violated, concerned about std, and was crying in ER. Another case involved a guy who just could/would not fight a girl when his ex "assaulted" him, pinned him down, and he had "involuntary response." He was all distressed, embarrassed, and traumatized. Obviously, in both cases, the guys did not tell their battle buddies......You can tell the joke will never end. They also preferred to go to Fayetteville rape crisis instead of on post

Finally yes, there're the gays rape case. He worked as cook, it happened at work, and was quite nonchalant about it. He even joked when the UV lights showed tons of stain on his white uniform, relating those were old, fading ketchup stains and not bodily fluid

So yes, unfortunately they do happen. Bragg is unfortunately pretty bad, too (esp. the underage)

The S3 approach makes sense to me
