What army is that
Wish they would focus on the needs and quality instead of looking at changing rules to thin the force. This is being done by the services so they have another way of kicking out people to draw down the military. I foresee many warriors getting the boot after serving outstanding in combat and then being told sorry guy you are not needed because of your ink.
