Nope the underlining problem has been the U.S. Government and Very top military leadership in Afghanistan. Inability to lead and provide the direction that is needed in that country for way to long.

Remember Pakistan created the Taliban. Thats why they throw us a bone every once in awhile. Guy probably defaulted on a payment. So Paki gave him up. Pakistan has been using our drone strikes to their advantage for years.

Remember that Astan was a donar when they created Pakistan in '47. If you are in Astan ask a Afghani what they think should happen to Pakistan.
They want the real estate back.
The Pakistani's know this and want a destabilized Astan (why the Paki Govt. supports the Taliban- it keeps Astan weak).
They already have one powerful neighbor enemy (India)... they don't want two.
This onion has many, many layers.

Your average Afghani didn't give a Fu$& about Pakistan. People in charged care only about the clan, family and their own pockets and back accounts. I'm taking about Afghanistan not US politics Afghanistan don't know their own history, let alone what is going on across a country. If it's not within their clan or tribal area they don't care. A fact most in the military don't understand.

I feel there is more behind the pakis reasons for instability within Afghanistan. I know one thing, this 1.6 billion in economic and military aid is BS and should not be given. Military aid in form of CNT/JCETS of all forces to control the follow and economic. Hell we will be dumping a shit ton of funds at each AF/PK boarder crossing point and then the crazy port fees. So this 1.6 BILLION just turned into 4+billion.
