Well timed, the dept has ordered all officers to spend 8hrs in such a class. The first half of class said we'll all die of either suicide or a heart attack because we are filled with such angst. The second half told attendees why we are such bad persons. This all the while every "minority" felt completely patronized. They had just the right combination to piss everyone off.
Truly an administrative talent was at work. I can't fault the instructors, they must abide the script.
