In my mind, he will always have stolen pogey bait in his mouth, not a Marlboro. LOL

Nice try legal beagle, but they were welcome to it.
It was locked because the HN soldiers would take anything they could get their hands on.

Saw a deal on the news about him. He's from Kentucky, single, smokes 3 packs a day, a radio op and had been in the fight for about 12 hours when the pic was taken. He has no idea what the fuss is and is probably catching hell from his squad.
Sounds like Slinky reincarnated in a Marine version.

Concur.
What do you want to bet that Marlboro squares him away with a few cases of smokes?
That should improve his standing with his fellow jarheads significantly.

I wonder if Marlboro uses his pic.
Does he get paid?

If they use his picture, they better have his and the photographer's permission and pay them both some serious cash.
I did some work for Marlboro years ago. In 1990, they were the best paying gig for everyone involved around (even better than Victoria Secret).

Kid? He quit being a kid the first time he threw on a ruck, picked up a rifle and said "Follow me!" or "I'll go."
That's no kid, that's a troop.

That picture is timeless. It's even better that it belongs to an average kinda guy.
I need to go by some Marlboros.

Three packs of smokes a day and all of the killing you want can do that to you.
GH:
You used to work for Vicki's Secret?
I would have never guessed.
