Cut ALL foreign aid to them. Ship all the stuff out under armed guard and let them try and stop us. Pull every one out, get everything we brought with us and tell them to fuzz off. If they don't like it, flatten the place.

And provide them with a bill for all of our services for what we have expended on them, including contractors and payments to the families of the deceased and wounded.
