Of course! Here's some ingredients, the sauce, a brown butter sauce with sage, bacon, butter, salt & pepper.

Now can you guess?

Is it a cling-film poached egg with an omelet-like layer on top with bacon pieces?

Cling-film poached eggs

ETA: After looking at it, it really looks like what ZUG master said. An egg yolk ravioli, but with bacon sage sauce

egg yolk ravioli

I'm with the ZUG master. Egg yolk ravioli?

ETA: Ooops. Too slow to post.

This is the recipe I used. I like bacon........ That sauce with the butter browned was out of this world. Sage came from my garden. You do need a pasta maker.

http://www.chow.com/recipes/30152-eg...con-sage-sauce

•1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese (8 ounces)
•1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (about 1 ounce)
•Kosher salt
•Freshly ground black pepper
•4 thick-cut bacon slices, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces
•Flour, for rolling out the pasta dough
•1 recipe Fresh Pasta Dough
•6 large eggs
•1 large egg beaten with 2 tablespoons of water, for sealing the ravioli
•4 tablespoons unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
•2 tablespoons finely cut fresh sage-leaf ribbons
