Absolutely correct.

This topic plays right into, "How America Lost Its Four Great Generals" thread.

First place I would look.

Can the CSA really fire the CJCS though?

Let me guess - the first "toxic leader" to be fired will be the poor bastard with the personal and professional integrity to enforce standards that interfere with the "gender neutral" political agenda of the current administration.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

Sounds too much like a political purge to me.

I catch myself saying "Glad I'm out." a lot these days.

Thanks for posting the PDF. So these courses that the LTC thought of are for general officers. Looks like someone is gonna make 06.

But it does seem that they're looking at COLs and GENs, we'll see if that actually happens.
