On a happier note . . .

Prop 64, an initiative I helped draft here in CA, is up 60-40 on very early returns. Would make it harder for plaintiffs' lawyers to bring a certain type of lawsuit that is unique to CA . . .

Oil back below $50 per barrel and a reelected Republican President in the White House.

Barring substantive legal challenges, anyone want to bet what happens to the Market tomorrow?

This should be good for anyone who has stock market investments.
