They all run like that in their promotional videos.
Let's see them run after 50,000 rounds, dirty, dry, frozen, in a bad environment, with crappy old ammo and Snuffy operating it.

MOOORE!
"Its light weight makes shooting it standing up almost as easy as lying down."
"Rate of fire is lower than the incredible 1200 rpm of the MG3. HK121 can fire in three different modes: 600, 700 and 800 rounds per minute. Rate of fire can be changed quickly and without any special tools, just by changing the amount of gas released."

Nifty.
But I didn't see anything talking about its performance after being caught in severe weather or in a harsh environment. Still cool.

I don't know. Apparently this gun needs a bath after every 200 rounds.

I want to see a side-by-side comparison with "promotional video" or RPK and PKM

It cooks, cleans, and does round-house kicks like Chuck Norris in his prime... Limited Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee...
I'm just saying... This thing is sold with two M1917s with an armament of Stalin's favored farts... What could be better?
I hate sales pitches. Show me one professional reviewing the weapon with continuous footage and I will jump on the wagon. Remember Dragonskin?

Speaking of which, I served a guy at a restaurant once who had one. I remember asking the other servers what the hell it was (the one he handed me was metal) Only one guy knew, probably because he spent time serving people at a fancy restaurant in Los Angeles. You've got to be connected and rich to get one of those!
