Unfortunately, statistics show, no actor has ever won the Best Actor Oscar for playing the POTUS, even one who pretends to "love the United States" such as Barry does.

So does this mean that Joe Biden automatically wins for best actor in a supporting role? He sure pretends to be the smartest guy in the room.
