Nice to see some good news for once. Should be interesting to see how the powers that be twist around "impose reasonable limitations, consistent with the public safety and the Second Amendment…on the carrying of guns in public" to make this as difficult as possible for the applicant.

Perhaps they will impose a high cost, or have the applications 'redirected' inside the proverbial red tape of government, similar to the VA claims system.
It could take years to obtain a CCW.
