...apparently even our drones can outfly Iranian fighter pilots.

The report that a Russian made, Iranian flown SU-25 made two gun runs on a remote controlled airplane and yet, the drone still returned home safely tickles the living shit out of me.

There are AF pilots coming out and saying the Official Pentagon reaction is a bunch of bullshit. Those fighters fly at speeds in excees of 550 mph, while the drone only does about 100mph. The fighters would have to slow down to speeds that would make their aircraft unairworthy, if they were trying to do what the Pentagon said.

I asked my brother who is a Predator Sq/CC, but who also flew F-16s, what he thought and he did the typical big brother thing and told me to shut up

ONe Lt Col should never tell another to shut up. I don't care if he is my big brother

We'll see if any more comes out of this.
