Still keeping my account as I'm slamming Obama on a daily basis until the election.

Oh, I am fit to be tied about this. If they were consistent with both sides of the political spectrum, I'd still be torked because it's censorship, but at least even-handed censorship. The problem is they've been allowing a great deal of anti-conservative posts yet have been censoring an unbelievable amount of anti-Obama commentary. Folks should scroll down after the article and take a look at a lot of the replies to see comments to this effect.

For some reason, a lot of those California IT guys are big POTUS supporters, to include Gates and the guy who runs Google. In fact the Google guy was a big contributor in 2008 and an informal advisor to the President.

Having run the biggest program at AOL at one time, I can vouch that a lot of IT entrepreneurs can be a bit flaky, and have a bit of a fantasy/utopia view of how life should be. Kinda like having read too many sci-fi books. It's the same creativity that has led to great wealth with the internet and related technologies, but shouldn't be mistaken as genius on all fronts, IMHO.

My daughter would post the most hateful ugly garbage on her Facebook page all of it directed at conservatives. I bit my tongue for a long time as it was her Facebook page but then I could take it no more, she never really ever gave her opinion she just used links to all the crackpot sites, like Huffington, MSNBC etc. etc. but of course these mirrored her thoughts, which were beyond liberal. Eventually I could take it no more, Facebook is a platform for a lot of things which includes espousing ones opinion, not un like P.S. in that respect. However not unlike P.S. you may espouse an opinion that others do not necessarily share and since you went public with it you have invited others to weigh in.

What gets me about liberals is that for the most part many of them seem to assume that “you” automatically share their opinion. I think that they are entitled to their opinion but I am really not all that interested in hearing it. At any rate I do not think she was prepared for me to weigh in regarding her politics, I went as far as to totally embarrass her publicly to her friends and family, it’s funny how she has never been overly concerned with embarrassing me but then I’m just her father. Then I publicly un-friended her, the ultimate humiliation, it was kind of ironic that she would be so traumatized by all this, as she has some very conservative cousins down in Oklahoma whom she was Facebook friends with until they went public with their opposition to same-sex marriage, she did to them what I did to her but that was different as I must be some sort of bigoted homophobe like her cousins.

I posted a very tactful post on her page something to the effect that I found liberals in general to be very hateful when it comes to the other side and that they in all honesty did not have room at their table for anyone with a dissenting opinion. I do not foist my politics or my religion on anyone and I expect the same of others. What really irks me though is that many of us have devoted a number of years or perhaps a career to defending the rights of all Americans to have an opinion of their own, but many of these Americans would not willingly return the favor.

I say if you have a FB page I say post on your page and send it to your friends to post it on their page just out of BS action on their part.

If everyone posted it FB would be pissed.. How many military and there supporters are out there?? I think Special Operations Speaks (SOS) needs some help?

My HH6 says her freinds have posted it and many have liked it already.

Eat it FB

I just got done posting it on my FB page as seen below.

Facebook recently blocked Special Operations Speaks (SOS) facebook page due to the below picture. They said it violated one of its rules but would not say what one; then denied make any additional comments. I’m not one to tell Facebook how to run their website but I am entitled to my own opinion; so here you go facebook it’s back like it or not.

I hope everyone does the same!!!

Absolutely. And people can vote with their feet all they want. Or slam them virally all they want. And help their stock shares drop all they want. Not that FB's IPO went too well in the first place.

I guess I've been boycotting FB before it became popular.

Oh, and now I should add how media outlets who reach millions of people are free to point out the hypocracy as well. Fox just did a small segment on it.

You can also send Suckerberg a message on FB. Of course it's highly unlikely that he will respond, but why not let him know that people are not pleased by this.
