Ruck Run Record question

Does anyone know if anyone had beaten the Q Course Ruck run record set by Skeletor more than 20 years ago? AFAIK it is still Skeletor (retired as of 2003 methinks).

Edited to remove need of actual name...

ok.... Ruck March.... but the guy who had or still has the record had to run with it to get the time he did... (3 hours?!?!) woke up the instructors who couldn't believe he actually did it..
