Sex Offenders Sue to Overturn Simi Valley Halloween Restrictions
California Reform Sex Offender Law: Fighting for the Constitutional Rights of Every Citizen................every citizen except children.
I would be interested to see the donor list on this group
Quote:
Registered sex offenders are also required to post signs with on their front doors reading, in 1-inch letters, "No candy or treats at this residence." Those offenders visible to the public on the state's Megan's Law website and convicted of a crime against a child are required to post the sign.

Another interesting fact about Ms. Bellucci's CA RSOL is that that the groups publilc meetings are 'closed to media and government officials.'
Ms. Bellucci's YouTube Channel has more interesting insights:

So I guess my opinion that they should have Child Molster tattooed across their foreheads wouldnt be liked either.
How can you compare inoccent people targets base off their faith and that of a person who willfully assualts someone. mind blowing

I was under the impression that in most (or all states) a convicted child molester could not be around children, except where directly related.
The intent of the law is to keep children away from these offenders, so how is putting up a sign in 1" letters saying "No candy or treats at this residence." 'particularly egregious' as stated by the lawyer?
It doesn't announce that a convicted child molester lives here (although, knowing the law you could infer that), perhaps it should.

C'mon folks, you aren't taking their feelings into account here.
Just because they are a little (or alot) more huggy-touchy-cuddly-feely than your average bad guy doesn't mean they are truly bad people.
They are just misunderstood.
I hope I don't need to point out the sarcasm in those statements.

F$&k child molesters - IMO one of the few unforgivable sins. These folks are an abomination and MOO we should never support an effort to mainstream these predators.
Enough is enough with this shit.

Only in California would those sickos try and get away with that.
Where I live if you molest children they cut your head off with a big sword.
I kind of like that.

I'm sure NAMBLA have their input there somewhere.
What a joke.

Oh the irony of comparing a persecuted race to those that would persecute children. That is beyond insulting.

I was in a class with a Saudi officer.
One of the guys jumped on his case one day, and said that there are drug problems in Saudi, just like anywhere else.
The Saudi coolly admitted that, but said, with a smile, that their repeat offender rate was very low.
Most of us got his meaning.

Agree, there is no comparison. Innocent citizens murdered only because of their heritage or religion verses scum bag child molestors.
I was living in Sanford when that scum mother in Fayetteville traded her 5 year old daughter to settle a drug debt. That f'r raped and killed the little girl in a Sanford hotel and dumped her body in the woods out by Carolina Trace.
It pisses me off that, that f'r is still alive. A cute little kid who looked to her "parent" to protect her and that shit happens.
Screw child molestors. I am a heartless prick but I don't care why they are like that, they just need to "be gone".
