Afghan commander suspected of acting as crime boss

Wasil, 47, is suspected of tipping off militants to U.S. troop movements, releasing detainees in exchange for bribes and selling weapons to insurgents.

Nothing new IMO..even with a Battalion Commander, CSMs etc. most do it for extra money and not idealism. This guy isn't a crime boss, he is a insurgent or insurgent supporter or sympathizer.
