Her situation is very similar to my daughter's. Couldn't tear my wife away from that clip!

I watched this video and mentioned it to my wife...I thought the fact that she is a twin was interesting, and an excellent comparison as to where her development would normally be. My wife's first question...Monozygotic, or dyzigotic twins? I missed this from the video, does anyone know?

Interestingly enough, Nancy is currently editing articles on Autism for an upcoming issue of a well respected journal in the CNS field.

I figured this would be of interest to you Dusty. How old is your daughter now? I know it's been FOREVER since I've seen her.

What a remarkable young lady. That video was so inspiring. Hope, strength and unstoppable will. I literally stopped breathing when she started describing what it feels like to be her, the sensory overload, her brain " being wired differently".
Wow.
Way to go girl, chapeau!

Wow.

Have been on PS a while now...never seen a thread topic like this.

Can say from first hand experience, her twin sister Terry, I think was her name, has a lot of s*it to get thru...but good for her!

As me and Kristy say, "Never Quit, Never Give Up!"

Great story indeed!!!
