I hope that he's got his "Act and Story" together!! They were fleeing!! There would have to be a cause to continue the pursuit and engagement!!

Looks like Pops was carrying "Conditon One"...And he closed the distance quickly...balls out...fired 5 rounds? smallish caliber maybe 32 ACP? Hit both targets and noone else...what do we know about Pops? Im guessing former military or LEO...Chapeau Pops!

Perhaps because they weren't dead yet? Works for me.
Of course, if they sue I'm betting the prez will weigh in with the "If I had a son he would look like them."

If that happened every time one of these punkasses tried a robbery, that type of crime would disappear overnight.
Viva CCW. Good job, bro.

I completely agree. Its too bad he didn't kill the fuckers and make them pay for their crimes on the spot. I suppose that is up to the laws to decide though. Anyone who intends to do harm like that (the robbers, not grandpa) has given up their "right to live" in my book. Make an example of them and show other criminals that doing such activities is not a good idea. Even though there may not be any police officers around doesn't mean they won't run into a law abiding citizen...
