Fayetteville's Veterans Day parade to salute Iraqi war veterans

Fayetteville's Veterans Day parade to salute Iraqi war veterans

http://fayobserver.com/articles/2012...ac=fo.military

It's a little early but nice to start getting the word out. 11/11/2012 is a Sunday so the parade will be on Saturday the 10th. The parade starts at 1100 hrs. No excuse - be there if you're in town.

"This year's Veterans Day parade in Fayetteville will be a salute to Iraq War veterans.

George Breece, one of the organizers, said the Nov. 10 downtown parade will honor veterans of both Gulf Wars, including Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. He said the parade will have about 125 units, including vehicles and equipment used in the wars, and feature floats for the first time........"
