Are "YOU" registered to vote? Do you understand the process of getting an absentee ballot? The time line required to do it?

"DAYTON, Ohio - Tens of thousands of military service members attempting to vote by absentee ballot in recent years haven't had their votes counted because of various problems with the system, according to authorities that track voter participation.................."

Of course some districts understand the timeline oh so well. Finalize the ballot just "NOT" in time to get it mailed to the troops - and them get it back.

Most of those same people have no problem with people walking in off the street without I.D. and letting them vote.
