Well, failure to follow instructions would open the door for an on the spot correction. But I just cannot see this getting the intended result.
I recall teaching my wife firearms safety in Germany, a week, one hour a day, dry fire and safety procedures.
Then took her to the range on Saturday and left her with one of my teammates for shooting.
As an instructor, I try to separate husbands and wives when possible if in the same class.
Punking my wife would be about the last thing I would do... especially if she had a firearm.
