I would put this in the comedy zone...but it is "government" so it would fit better in the Clown Car.
These must be some pretty busy rascals reading through all those exchanges.

Not much diference from the the "Gestapos" word usage list and "Homeland Securities".......... 
Not much difference from Heinrich Himmlers running of his agency,than how Janet Napolitano runs hers.........

Not at all. One would need a compare to previous lists to determine rate of growth. Frankly, the one that was released looks pretty benign.
Remember that the version everyone's looking at online is the redacted version.
