Has the Army changed the 'parade rest' position to hands if front on the belt line?
A friend went to a Cof Cmd ceremony and swears that's what he heard/saw

The answer would be no good sir. They have changed the FM to a TC but it is still the same material. They just stopped teaching it as much in Basic. Quite disgusting if you ask me. Just adds to the lack of discipline that new soldiers are coming in with. Kinda makes me want to high five someone in the face with a chair.
